I came across an interesting paper, A Modified Vector Space Model for Protein Retrieval, where in the second page of it they reproduced material from my tutorial article The Classic Vector Space Model: Description, Advantages and Limitations of the Classic Vector Space Model.

Hi, Mr. egarcia, now I saw this post
I am Mohammed Said the author of the paper you mentioned” A Modified Vector Space Model for Protein Retrieval”. yes I used the same example in my project and I referenced your tutorial article as I said in my paper:
“The following example [3] is one of the best examples on term vector calculations available online” and the reference [3] is your tutorial reference so I have explained the classical VSM using your example then I have explained the contribution and modification to be suitable for protein retrieval. Is that wrong?
Your reply and opinion about that is really appreciated.
Mohammed Said
Hi, Muhammed:
Thank you for stopping by and referencing the material. No problem at all. Actually you have published an excellent research application of VSM.
